- Electromagnetic clutch system enables the feeder unit to stop while machine is in operation.
- Main gauge with belt pressing device and pile vibrator for reliable blank feeding.
- Photoelectric counter batcher with kicker for hourly production calculation.
- Gumming units- one for bottom of A & B type cartons and second for the top enable gumming of cartons at three points at a time, even during machine operation.
- Non-stretching fold belts for jerk-free running that conserves all rotating guides
- In pre-folding unit, the creasing line 1 and 3 of the blank are pre-folded by 180° and lay flat again. This operation is useful for easy opening of the folded box.
- The glue disc applies glue on the strip from underneath.
